- to progress and grow.
Students who have these needs are easy to identify. They:
- plan and organize.
- work hard to achieve goals.
- try even when others won't.
- are usually high achievers in the area or their interests.
- often resort to tooting their own horns.
- like showing others their plans, work, and achievements. love to talk about what they're doing.
- are often disliked and/or feared by others who feel inferior, diminished, or "put down" in comparison.
