The Arrogant

Effects: How behavior affects teachers, classmates, and parents in the school learning environment and the home family situation.

  1. Others suffer from the arrogant student's ridicule; they feel uncomfortable at best, inferior at worst.

  2. Feelings of exclusiveness rather than inclusiveness result from the behavior.

  3. Teacher's credibility with other students is often hindered.

  4. Decision making becomes more difficult.

  5. Classroom discussions and study may be disrupted.

  6. Others become angry.

  7. Unfortunately, others may hope the worst will happen to this student. They may like to see him/her fail or have problems.
